Homemade chicken nuggets
2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 C Italian bread crumbs,
1/2 C planko
2 eggs beaten
1) Cut chicken into strips or chunks.
2) Dip in egg then into bread crumbs/planko mixed together.
3) Place on baking sheet coated with non stick spray. Spray a thin coat off olive oil on chicken.
4) Place in oven at 375 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.
