LAST WEEKS GOALS:
1) Continue with my 30 day plank challenge! – Fell off the bandwagon on this one. I missed 4 days of this in preparation of trying to get ready for last weekend.
2) Complete ALL of my P90x workouts: Missed 4 workouts
3) Log at LEAST 4 runs! Will have one on Saturday for sure! Diva Dash 5k with my sister in law!!! <3 Goal is 30-31 minutes (of course this will depend on the humidity Saturday morning I know!) Only logged 2 runs, HOWEVER I crushed my goal of 30-31 minutes! My official time was 28:59!
4) Take at LEAST 3 walks with my family. DONE!
5) Work on getting my daughter back in a school schedule. DONE!
6) Get my house cleaned and laundry finished before the weekend. DONE!
7) Enjoy my weekend with my husband!! DONE!
THIS weeks goals:
1) Continue my 30 day plank routine
2) Complete ALL of my P90x workouts.
3) Survive/Complete my 3 day Shakeology Cleanse.
4) Take at LEAST 3 walks with my family.
5) Run at LEAST 2 times. Backed this one down as my husband has to go out of town for work the latter part of this week.
My goal last week was to read a book every night to my kids. We did this 4 out of the 7 nights. THIS week my goal is to continue this goal as this is something I enjoy! 🙂 Have a great week everyone!
