LAST WEEK RECAP:

1)  Continue my 30 day plank routine – COMPLETELY FELL OFF THE WAGON ON THIS ONE

2)  Complete ALL of my P90x workouts. –I NAILED THIS ONE!

3)  Survive/Complete my 3 day Shakeology Cleanse.  – NAILED THIS ONE!  LOST 5.2 LBS!!!

4)  Take at LEAST 3 walks with my family. – NAILED THIS ONE TOO!

5)  Run at LEAST 2 times.  Backed this one down as my husband has to go out of town for work the latter part of this week.  – SCORE!!!! 

 

I felt really bad about missing the 30 days of planks, but than I made up for it with the other goals, so I won’t be too hard on mysel!

THIS WEEKS GOALS:

1) Complete ALL of my P90x workouts.

2)  Run at LEAST 3-4 times this week.

3)  Take at LEAST 3-4 walks with my family this week.

4)  Finish all my notes for work daily (new rule for work)

5)  Enjoy my “girl day” with my daughter on Wednesday before she starts back to school!

Well, I will keep the same goal!  I won’t say that I didn’t accomplish last weeks part, due to the fact that my daughter chose to do the reading.  However we got a  couple of books about “gagas” (my son’s term for dogs), in hopes that he will sit and listen to a book a couple nights this week.
