Edition No. 7
LAST WEEKS GOALS:
1) Again complete ALL of my P90x workouts. Only 4 more weeks to go! – Missed one of the workouts due to having a full day of work, grocery shopping and house cleaning since we had friends over for a cook out, however I did get out and swim some.
2) Run at LEAST 3-4 times this week. – DONE! I got 3 runs in.
3) Take at LEAST 3-4 walks with my family. – Done! 4 walks complete with my little munchkin in tow in his wagon!
4) Sign up for the Tulsa Run 15k. – DONE!
5) Survive our first full week of the new school routine. – DONE! Barely….
THIS WEEKS GOALS:
1) Run at LEAST 4 times.
2) Complete ALL of my P90x workouts
3) Take at LEAST 3 walks with my family.
4) Drink at LEAST 60 oz of water daily.
5) Detoxing from junk food from this week after having cake for my husband’s birthday
This week I want to work more on this “Getting Back to It” Challenge. This week, I’m going to work on reading nightly WITH my daughter as she works on her nightly reading for school. They are supposed to read 100 books this year, so I want to read with her. Going to work on this and getting back into a training schedule.
